Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. Here is how refunds work.

14-day refund window

You can request a full refund of The Secret to Real Intimacy ebook within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Just email sarah@sarahmushka.com from the email address you used at checkout, with your order date.

How refunds are processed

• Refunds are issued to the original card through Stripe
• They typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days
• The refund will show as "ALLCLEAR PUBLISHING" — the same descriptor as the original charge

After 14 days

After 14 days, refunds are reviewed case by case. We are reasonable people. If you have a real issue, write to us.

Failed downloads or technical problems

If your download link did not work, please email us first. We will resend it. Most "broken" downloads are fixed in one email.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. A chargeback is more expensive and slower than a refund. We will work with you.
